Some thing to consider is that the rotor will not necessarily work like you might think, unless you have seen it done already, or someone knows that it can be done. I had catastrophic results when I tried to cycle 22-250 rounds in a .250 Rotor. Damn near shot my wife, and lost all respect for loading a gun in the house. some you you may remember the story! "Will a 300 Rotor Cycle a .270 round?" Better find out before you spend the bucks!
