I think CZ absorbed BRNO a few years ago. They don't have a website (or didn't a few months ago)anymore. They got caught in that stock scam in the late 90's when all the businesses in the Czech Republic got royally screwed. One guy ended up owning about 75% of the countries industry in a huge Ponzi scheme.
They called him The "Pirate of Prague".
