Because it is used at extended ranges, and impacts at a much lower velocity than that, the Military JAG's determined that it is not, as it was used, an expanding bullet under the accords. E



The Military is well aware that the SMK expands and fragments and since I have used them on game as have others, it is not true that they need 2300 FPS to expand.


This bullet was recovered by a friend of mine from a Moose at 982 yards and I'd say that it expanded just fine
