Because it is used at extended ranges, and impacts at a much lower velocity than that, the Military JAG's determined that it is not, as it was used, an expanding bullet under the accords. E




I recovered this SMK that impacted at about 1700 FPS according to ExBal and it expanded quite well IMHO
