fwiw, I have two Sako 85's (one in .308, another in .25-06). Both were mechanically and cosmetically perfect out of the box (and I am a very picky about details).
Both shot < 1" with factory federal accubonds.
No experience with the Ti, but you'll have to look pretty hard to find somebody complaining about a Sako (other than price).
