While back I took apart my son-in-law's Tikka T3 Lite SS to clean up after the season was over.
Honestly, I was really impressed with the simplicity, design, functionality, and especially the precision finishing. Frankly, makes my Remingtons, by comparison, look a tad bit crude.
And the darn thing shoots like a rifle worth twice as much!
I think the Sako A7 is a slightly even more refined version of the T3...and weighs only .2 pounds more.
Go to the store, and work the action on a Remington, Sako and a Tikka, and then try the triggers. And look at fit and finish.
And then compare pricing...
Just sayin'...
