Sir, I was told by quite a few people who I trust that a 35 Whelen has a VERY similar case capacity as the 350 Rem. Mag. I, very carefully tested this theory and found it to not be unsafe.

There seems to be a lot more data available for the 35 Whelen and this has proved helpful to me. Safety first! Work up slowly, every rifle is different, etc, etc...

The powders I've tried with 200 grainers are RL-15, Varget and my favorite, V V N-540.

They are all very close in burn rate and seem to do very well in my 350 Mag. I have a longer MRC 1999 action, longer than normal throat & 24" barrel, so a bit less capacity with the shorter Remington action and it's shorter OAL should be taken into account if attempting to use starting Whelen data.
