A lot of truth in that statement.
The original poster could go with a 270 STW. I happen to know this long drink of water that has one with a 5 to 25 power Schmidt and Bender scope on it. Ironically he shot his deer (a few weeks ago) at around 80 yards. Isn't that the way it works???
