Small world. My Doc said it was less powefull than Vicodin, but my Pharmacist said it was a little more powerfull than Vicodin?
Well, I hate to contradict another pharmacist, but I'd put them one step below Vicodin. More along the lines of Tylenol #3.
Just be careful if you are prone to seizures. Tramadol will lower your seizure threshold.
