The rebuild is not worth anywhere near that money....the action is a 30/06-length with bolt face opened to magnum.There were no standard length magnum actions from the factory at that point(unless the 458 ws around;cant remember the date the 458 was introduced)and I doubt anyone tore up a 458 Super Grade to rebarrel to 264.

Possible of course but unlikely....
