I held one of the Savage M 25 synthetic waking varmint models and didn't have to wear shades or hold my nose while fondling it. My only drawback was the magazine on it stuck out like the one on my CZ 527's. Even so it looked like a pretty good truck gun. Short, stiff barrel, and good trigger. Heading back that way next weekend and it just might follow me home.
