The fact that it is up for reauthorization and it has been used for 6+ years is the troubling part. We gave the Bush administration a get out of jail free card in 2006 with this crap and now should we do the same with Obama? Noooooo.
The technology we see today is much more intrusive than it was back in Rummy's day and the scandal is that Obama feels the need to take advantage of GWB's intrusive law. Time to say no to this type of BS!
