They are, but IIRC, KCI went out of business; so no warranty and spare parts may be hard to come by.
Samco Global is now the distributor for the Akkar shotguns, which made the Charles Dalys. Samco will sell the parts for a Charles Daly, but they seem to order small lots and there is a wait time.
