7x57STEVE Campfire Tracker 7 Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 4,327	I'm going more and more to fixed power scopes. They are simplicity itself, and very reliable. I have a fixed 4X Leupold on my 35 Rem 336 and it seems just about perfect. You may want to consider it, along with the Weaver 4X which is an excellent scope and very affordable. Steve
