My dad met with the rep yesterday, he said the image was good and shouldn't be an issue. Prototype image was not available as of yet, should be soon (this week or early next week we were told). I will forward that to Rick for final approval and we should be good.
I guess they (Zippo) are busier than normal, but any custom orders are supposed to ship before they shut down for the 4th.
I apologize for the delay, people who paid with paypal/mo have obviously been charged. Those who paid with check I have not cashed those yet, haven't cashed the MO's yet either. Waiting until I have to pay and than I will do so.
