If you start a chapter earlier, Zaphaniah speaks of the time being at hand (not 3k years later), and he calls for the murder of all the Capitalist. In this passage, it sounds like God is on the side of Marx.

for the day of the LORD is at hand: for the LORD hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests.
