If you're serious about forced quarantine for an asymptomatic individual just because they had treated Ebola patients, then there's a whole lot of other people walking around loose in this country that need to be locked up too. Further, unless you're just being an ignorant fool about Ebola, there are worse diseases which we do not quarantine even symptomatic people. There's a lot of contagious diseases that kill more people annually than Ebola has in it's entire known history.
We're going to need a whole lot more trained medical professionals in this country if we quarantine every one who treats someone with a nasty disease for three weeks whenever they treat someone with a nasty disease.
Where do you propose we get them?
