A couple of years ago, I bought some of the "stuff" that Ken brought to the Quemado gathering to dispose of: a pristine 12X Redfield AO rifle scope with target turrets, five boxes of Federal Premium .22-250 ammo and a new Brownells latigo sling. The agreed upon price was a little south of $300. As soon as I got home, I bought a USPS money order for the agreed upon amount and mailed it to Ken. A couple of days later he PM'ed me, thanking me for sending the funds. As an aside, he noted that he had already endorsed the money order and mailed it to another Campfire member who was in need of financial assistance at the time. Classic (and classy) Ken!
