Based on my experience with them, you can consider them the hammer of Thor. I bought one of the Walmart Remington 700 ADL 24" specials this past Fall for $297. I had loaded up some of the Sierra 85gr HPBTs with 37.0 gr of IMR 4064 in Win brass. They were shooting right at 3/4MOA @ 100 yards.
I then proceeded to use that setup to take 3 does at 280 yards, 350 yards and 410 yards. These were all one shot kills and the deer went no more than 15 yards. One thing that really surprised me was that the 410 yard shot was a pass-through but the shorter shots were not.
I highly recommend these bullets and if your .243 won't shoot them, it won't shoot anything else.
