My bud smokepole came out to bang steel. A prairie dog was out just past my 600 yd gong at 620. He neck shot him with his nula 260. He got out the 7/08, and while spotting for him, I noticed his buddy come out later on the same mound. He drilled him in the butt, for the kill. I was his jjhack to do the find him later deal. No need for winches.....
No Uberlanches. Don drives a Subaru Forester or a Prius, I thought you guys knew that.
And no tats, but I did drive my Harley out there. That thing is bad-ass, you can tell just by lookin' at it. Don attached a 200-foot roll of baling wire to the drive shaft and we winched that 'dog right up on out of the swale.
What a coincidence. I have been shooting rodents this week and I eat salami and cheese every day. I stopped eating starch in Oct 2013 and lost 30 pounds of beer belly. Now I am on a high fat diet and weigh what I did in college.

My son and I have been doing a little "vermit control eastern style" using his pellet gun, TC contender 17hmr pistol, ruger amer. 22mag. Ruger sr22, and 22/410. The farmer was so happy he gave us 5lbs of sausage from a couple hogs they killed.
This guy didn't beat us to this one, he justtook advantage of a recent kill, he was about to shed and couldn't see so this made an easy meal for him.
Thanks Travis, I think we've just about cleaned up the barnyard, it's getting hard to see a rat now, my son has resorted to shooting mice with his pellet gun now. We did see one more groundhog last night but he is pretty wary now! We just don't have the target rich environment like the prairie dog or ground squirrel killing fields you guys have. My son keeps talking about our 1st pd shoot this spring, how much fun it was and how we've got to go back!
