mail man brought me another sweet Winston today. From Mr. David the combination of yellow and black on the knife is unreal. Fit and fitness is excellent. The crossdraw sheath is top notch and will be a real handy way to carry.

Erwin Roach told me one time that David Winston had forgotten more about makin' knives than he (Erwin), Gene Ingram, Charles May, and Al Alexander all knew about makin' knives collectively...! David's a good dude, and a true craftsman.

I am considering a model 71 for my next. I'm a fan of that design too. That longer slender blade will come in handy for lotsa outdoor uses.
