I have worn Levi's all of my life, they were always my jeans of choice but no more, I will not spend money with a company that is openly supporting the LGBT movement and making a run of pants to celebrate the movement. http://www.levistrauss.com/unzipped...;utm_campaign=outbrain_desktop_evergreendrover p.s. - any suggestions about another brand of jeans that fit and feel like Levi's?

Well yes, something that doesn't have a rainbow on the outside and a butt-plug on the inside.
These are my opinions, feel free to disagree.

A local farm store carries Dickies for about $18 a pair. They fit fine and last as long as the more expensive ones. I'm into price and function, not brand names.

Levi's haven't been welcome at a cowboy match for as long as I can remember. Always wore Wranglers.

My area is Wranglers only. And Carhartts show up often. Never see a pair of Levi's 'cept when the Colorado tourists pass through.

I know it's tough to keep up on the politics of every company we buy stuff from.. but thought everyone was aware of Levi's proclivities.

I quit Levis in the '90s when they quit donating to the Boy Scouts. Wranglers for years and Carhartts now.

Being a guy that wore Levi's most of his life, especially for their longevity, I switched when they stopped making jeans that fit my bulked up legs from too much weight lifting and hard work. Wrangler's were the westerner's favorite, seems even cowboy types wear a uniform and follow fashion trends. When I retired, I found labels on these products that showed they were no longer US made. Then I found this brand, US made, stronger than a tow strap, they even make biker jeans with Kevlar reinforcement (I haven't ridden a bike since 1980 so no application). I haven't worn a pair out yet: http://www.americangusset.com/Ain't cheap, but fit superbly, compliment my western shirts, cowboy packers and custom big hats.

I wished I could say this... So its Levi's still for me. But I have nothing against the gay folks, its their deal not mine. The anti gun deal sucks. But I'm lucky I only need 2 pair of Levis at any time. Going more Carhart and Duluth lately.

Dickies, Wranglers, or Costco for me - in that order.
I love being able to point to the label and say "Kiss my Dickies."

Carhartts are pretty decent too - I tend to wear them hunting/in the woods. They'll take a beating.

AFAIK, Levi Strauss has been anti-gun even before I was born, and for the record that was in 1938. Once I learned that fact I quit wearing them and have not worn a pair since sometime in the mid 1950's. Then they came out as being against hunting in any form. I've called a few people out that I knew were shooters and hunters on how coming you're supporting the enemy. This gay support crap is just more icing on a very crappy cake than I will never partake of. Note to Levi Strauss, GFY and I mean that in the nastiest form possible. Paul B.
