Good afternoon all,
If you had any model 99,what's the One that you would drag through the woods?
Accuracy?
Weight?
Reliability?
Nostalgia?
No wrong answer here...

Thks for your time.

Open ground a 99F in 284. For brush the .375 carbine I just put together is ideal.

We can shoot so many deer here in MD, my goal was to take one with each 99 I have. Starting with my 1912 22 HP, then the F in 303, R in 300, R in 250, DL in 308, Joe.

I'm not greedy, I just want one of each.

Only one model to drag through the woods? How depressing would that be?

99T in 250 I suppose.

EG in 250-3000. Fits me really well. Comes up and points like a fine shotgun.

It'd have to be one of the Savage calibers, whichever model wraps it. Probably not the .22 Hi-Power though.
