I only skimmed through the original posting.
Smelled pretty fishy but I couldn't help but notice how much SM thrust himself into the story as the center of attention. Regardless of how the guy died, SM couldn't help but make it about himself. Un-fricken-believable. Yeah I thought the same thing. In the Intro to "Ride that Glory Train" he says, "That's me on the far right". Really? Who gives a [bleep]. Despicable person.
