He says "the wall just got ten feet taller" and says the president needs to apologize.
He says the wall is about $10 billion to build and Mexico will pay for it because it's a small portion of the trade deficit the U.S. has with Mexico.
He also says he has no problem with trade wars if there's a deficit.
