Moose and Goat....with max points(15) Wow! Good luck. I'm sure you'll make the best of both tags.
I probably hit more elk with a pickup than you have with a rifle. I have yet to see anyone claim Leupold has never had to fix an optic. I know I have sent a few back. 2 MK 6s, a VX-6, and 3 VX-111s.

Max points +1.........
You gotta remember they are 'bonus' points...not preference points. Sooooooooo, basically meaningless...except to F&G as a fundraiser....
I haven't looked but I have heard you no longer get even a partial refund if you don't draw....T or F?

I think they have me on the "do not draw" list.
I won't be wronged. I won't be insulted. I won't be laid a-hand on. I don't do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.

Should be in Vegas right now....grin! Just curious Pat. What rifles and loads will you be using to fill those tags?

When do they draw for bison?
I really want to poke a hole in a buff by the park.
Has anyone actually gotten a bison tag for West Yellowstone? I am in an advantageous position with the cow/calf roster hunt and would be interested in anyone who has poked a hole in buff by the park (ie, shot a bison . . .. )

I'm 0 for 3 this year; which, by the way, takes me to about 0 for 90 +/- for my lifetime (throw in my kids and its 0 for 120 +/-). I guess I should look at it positively, at least I'm batting 1000.

I heard .595 G1 I use .580 for my .260 3000fps. A bit higher for the SAUM for the extra speed. It's a great bullet. It reaches the destination in a hurry at 3300!
