I picked up three of the 20-ounce Ozark Trail Friday night. They seem pretty nice. Hard to believe the lid on either the Yeti or the OT can insulate much, being one layer of plastic. The OT are made in China. Where are the Yeti made?

Steve.

P.S. Just found out the Yeti tumblers are also made in China: http://yeti.com/faq/

Will have to order a couple of the Walmart versions online to use in the Tractors.

I could have mailed you one you freakin' mongo.

On the same day it filed the lawsuit against Wal-Mart, Yeti also filed lawsuits against Zhejiang Zhuosheng Industry & Trade Co., a Chinese stainless steel drinkware manufacturer; and Waukesha, Wisconsin-based restaurant outfitter The Boelter Companies. Both lawsuits were trade dress infringement claims relating to Yeti’s 20 and 30 oz. stainless steel tumblers. These claims did not include patent infringement, however.

Is Ozark Trail the 'WalMart brand', or just another brand they carry?

I snagged two 30 ounce and two 20 ounce mugs. $9.79 and $7.79. In the few tests I have run, they perform exactly like the Yeti product that I paid $39.95 and $29.95 for.
Other than the Ozark Train logo stamped on the mugs and plastic lids, they are identical.
I ran into MagMarc at the Starbucks for coffee, in Wytheville, and gave him one of the 20 ounce mugs. I kept the other. Wife got one of the 30 oz mugs, I kept the other.

And I thank you for it. It's a good cup!
