Gentlemen, I'm a part-time knife maker and a first time poster. I mostly frequent the AR forum, but it appears that the knife forum might be a little more active here. Below are a couple of knives that recently left my shop. Thanks for looking, Lee Baumgart baumgartknives@gmail.com Baumgart Handmade Knives

Nice looking knives.
And welcome to the fire.

the only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker, is observation. all the same data is present for both. The rest, is understanding what you're seeing.

Nice clean classic design. Look to be well executed also!

Gentlemen, Thank you for the welcome and the comments. Troutfly, The blades are .125" CPM154, heat treated to 61 HRC. Blade length is 3 3/4" and overall length is 7 3/4". The top knife has brass fittings and a natural canvas Micarta handle. The bottom knife has nickel silver fittings and the handle is black canvas Micarta. This style of knife, with a separate guard, is going to be my primary focus this year. I've been making knives for about four years and most of my knives have been in the style of the knives pictured below. Lee baumgartknives@gmail.com Baumgart Handmade Knives

I like the design without a guard best. Different strokes I guess...
