A company I worked for was leasing some SE Asian folks whose names in English spelling were Fat Tang, Knock My Tang, and Man Tang. (Phat Tang et al)
IIRC they lived in Beaver's Nest subdivision.
These names are verifiable in the records of the Clerk of Court, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. But no Poon?
