In defense of all "news", it only takes about 10 minutes to report things at their worst. Everything else is just mindless entertainment. Somebody is paying for it.

have for the most part not watched news in a few years now. Probably thanks to Scotts suggestion.
Much happier with life and more relaxed.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

I don't think The Five will survive in this time slot. The relatively informal format and frequent tangents the panel would take played well in the late afternoon, but it somehow comes off as haphazard and unprofessional in prime time.
Ironically, I didn't originally have much confidence in Eric Bolling's new show.......but I think it's format holds more promise as a prime time offering than The Five. Although pairing Joe Namath and Karl Rove as guest commentators tonight was a bit bizarre.

OR
You can watch for 24 hours and be reminded every hour of what's going on for the 24 hour period.

The news has turned into "entertainment". Just like you watch Duck Dynasty, that's conservative, or one of the liberal TV shows. Just a matter of what "entertainment" you turn into, because the network you tune to says things you like. Real Journalism and real news is based on fact, and we all know that's dead.

Seems to me so called "conservatives" are a totally self destructive force. Fox is the ONLY news channel that reports the news without a twist and you all hate that, or something. No one seems to appreciate what Fox brings to the table so very soon they will be gone, the communists will take over, and America will be gone. All on "conservatives" .
