Even if they re-try, they'll have the same problem. He reportedly offered her the pill, she accepted it and took it.
That, from what I've heard, was the main flaw in the case, may be what caused the hung jury.
He did some bad stuff, no doubt. But, he's a conservative, telling the Black community the truth.
The libs hate that, especially from an uppity black man who won't stay on their plantation, won't stick to their narrative.
The prosecutor made it a big point in his election to go after Cosby, probably helped get him elected.
So, I have mixed feeling about the case. In some ways, I'm glad he wasn't convicted, in other ways, I hate to see predators walk.

Even the most expensive "Philadelphia lawyers" will not make much of a dent in his fortune.
Now, we know that Hillary stuck with Bill through decades of him being the biggest horn dog in Arkansas, and Washington DC.
Because her key to winning the Presidency was being the wife of a powerful politician, even though she was constantly humiliated by his notorious out-of-marriage dating habits.
Now we can see that Camille Cosby has $390 million reasons to not have abandoned her Bill.
