Cosby was America's darling, especially that of the snowflake brigade. Then he dared speak the truth concerning the plight of the inner city Black. And suddenly women started coming out of the woodwork like roaches, making accusations about events sometime decades in the past.

Where have all these victims been for the last thirty years? Why is it convenient to speak up after Cosby starts delivering a conservative message?

Just a couple questions I would need answered before I threw a noose over the guy's neck.

well after having a couple black friends i went out of my way to help, then getting back stabbed by them, i have no trust for them anymore.

so far 2 white women and 3 white men picked. i'll bet the majority of the rest are black. cos is playing it up. walking with a cane, acting blind and deaf.

I read some about the case. She went to his house after 9:00 PM. Told him she "felt tense" so he went upstairs, got some pills, and gave them to her. She willingly took them. What happened after that no one but those two knows but add those facts to the best lawyers money can buy and he walks.

That plus she waited a year to report it so there's no toxicology evidence.

I'm going to guess "guilty" on something. Maybe not the big charges, but something.

I do not know what will happen with this case, but I will say that in Hollywood, there is no shortage whatsoever of young women who will do anything to get into the flicks or teevee. The male stars have absolutely NO problem with the pretty young women jumping in the sack with them. Anything for a part in a flick or teevee show.

These young women have ALWAYS been a part of show business and nothing has changed since movies began making stars of men and women many years ago.

The women are called "star fuggars" and everyday, new ones arrive in Hollywood to "get into movies." Jumping in the sack with the stars is/was standard. And stars drugging pretty young wannabees isn't necessary. The girls will hit the sack with a star of their own free will.

LATER, if nothing come of it, a girl might scream "Rape!," but it is very, very, very hard to prove.

Most of these women are happily married with children, they gain nothing but ridicule and judgement by exposing Cosby...there is no financial gain, no movie, no pay-off, no book...and they don't need the money, some of them are very wealthy. Why would they lie, they lose far more than they gain. A total of 60 women have come forward, 33 are pressing charges...all the way back to the 1960's...and yet he walked, after admitting giving drugs but "consensual" sex ?

I hope he fries, he's a conceited jerk-off with a bad attitude...as far as I'm concerned he's guilty as hell, hope he spends his last days in jail wearing orange.

Interestingly enough I have a different take on this than many do.

If you can't "man up" and charge the man when it happens, I"ve no respect for you doing it many many years later.

Couple of predictions -

Some of the Hollywood wacko types will claim it is all some racist conspiracy.
Media coverage will be selective and they will fear drawing any comparisons to other black sex offenders.

Charges and police reports against Cosby have been going on since the late 60's, due to "lack of evidence" and disputing "consensual"...his predator azz has walked. He's a guilty POS that 60 women have made the same claims, yet only half of those have entered the current case.

Beverly Johnson has maintained for years he assaulted her in the 1980's, and has supported the women's accusations...yet has never entered the civil case. Her high profile super model career, has made her voice louder than many others...thus Cosby sued her for defamation of character. She then went public with more interviews, and Cosby dropped the case. Many of the women are multi-millionaires, money isn't the motive...it's about revenge.

Think: When 20 young boys said Michael Jackson molested them in his home, did you all come defend his honor that it was a money making scheme ? ...no, you thought he was a pedophile bastage looking to pay them off. When 1 or 2 try to force you to payoff instead of facing a media frenzy, that's one thing...when an army of them come, it's time to at least listen...think Tiger Woods.

When 60 women step forward for 40 years and nobody listens, it's not bad luck it's probably true.

Based on the evidence as reported in the media, I predict that he will be acquitted.

I think if they were going to convict, they'd have done it by now.

The jury keeps saying that are deadlocked and the judge keeps sending them back to deliberate more.

I have no strong feelings one way or the other, but if I was the guy on trial I'd start to think that the jury can't render an honest verdict with the judge hellbent on avoiding a mis trial.

Cosby's lawyer has already written his "Move to Dismiss with Prejudice" statement. And he may get it.

Does the trial judge rule on the statement?

If granted, can he be re tried?

If the judge grants the motion "with prejudice" it means he cannot be retried.

What gets me is the fact that all the time that has gone by.

What their motives were for speaking up are i can;t fathom.

I just read a news article that says the jury is deadlocked.

I knew from the very beginning that if there was one black person on the jury they would never get a guilty verdict, just like OJ's trial.

There have been many police reports and charges pressed against Cosby since the 80's, including taped depositions of him admitting giving Quaaludes to women to have sex...his POS wife even spoke about it in a couple interviews.

He's a predator that needs caged for his crimes.

I'm conflicted on this one. I don't doubt that Cosby did all that he's accused of but I also believe that those women got what they were after. They traded their dignity and self respect for a chance to hang with and bang a celebrity. They just expected that they'd be awake and conscious for the trist. If they were truly raped why did they wait for 20 or 30 years to come forward? They figured that at this point in their lives their careers were over and their beauty had faded enough that now is the time to accuse and sue someone so as to set them up for their retirement years. Cosby can rot in hell for his disgusting behavior but I hate seeing gold diggers come into the picture decades after the alleged incident. Every woman that didn't come forward at the time is partly responsible for every woman that came after. If one had spoken up at the time there'd likely have been no further casualties.

Now which sanctuary city is going to write him a multi-million $$ check for his participation in this event?

That is often what happens in rape cases. In high profile rape cases, it only takes one reporting to start a chain reaction from those who had similar crimes committed against them by the perp.

Did Cosby hire the same law firm that OJ hired to select his jury? OJ paid a million to a firm that specialized in jury preemptions. They carefully researched every person in the jury pool and used preemption to eliminate as many as possible until they had at least 1 person on the jury who wouldn't vote guilty no matter what. It worked.

Good question, many of OJ's team have passed away...tho the screening of preemptions is the norm for high profile cases.

An awful lot of smoke to have no fire. But there does not appear to be any concrete evidence. Too much doubt. I doubt he'll actually be retried.

After all this has come to light about Bill Cosby's foul private life, it makes me think it was not a random thing when BC's son was murdered. I think it was some form of payback.

I've wondered the same thing myself, but if anyone thinks Cosby was some squeaky clean person, they are a badly mistaken. I remember listening to his joke tapes from the 60's, and he was one dirty mouthed sonofagun. He was anything but like the Dr. Cliff Huxtable.

Conviction or not, his life is now ruined.

Lawyers now have most of his money.
