They started shooting first way before they said he was reaching for his pocket, then lied about it..There should be a lot more charges than that!!!

Indicted for poor shooting?

I recall the FBI missed. It was Troopers that shot ol LaVoy.

Everyone involved in that shooting should be indicted from the governor on down. It flat out did not need to happen, it was a setup and a bad shoot.

Bad shoot, Setup. Going to make an example of him so the militias would be subdued . They were making up for the Bundy stand off. Sure need to be lots of indictments handed out on this.

evidently lying is part of an FBI agent's job. They all seem to do it, from the top down to the bottom. I don't like, or trust any of 'em.

Can't say I blame the rancher for that either. Reaching for a gun will get you shot but if there's already bullets hitting your truck and being fired in your direction, I guess I'd pull a gun also. Last I checked I have a God given right to defend my life.

and it represents a quantum step from how I have felt about the FBI all my life. Heck, I have some in the family. I know a bunch more. I cook for a crowd of them every year. I suppose I should not say "any of 'em"
And yet, watching what is happening with that organization, the leadership, rank and file, I can't help but find myself becoming very cynical about the FBI.

I've seen all the footage released, heard the audio from inside his vehicle, as he left it with his hands up. It sounded like a war zone.
The road block on a blind curve was not proper procedure from what I have read, even the drone footage is cruder than that drone is capable of.
His hands didn't drop until he got hit, and you can see it in the frame by frame.
In my opinion, he was gunned down like a rabid dog. Smoking gun? Take your pick, there were plenty to choose from. There dang well better be charges filed.

Didn't Obama hire over 7,000 agents during his administration? I seem to remember that figure from somewhere.

Some interesting information coming out. There needs to be more indictments.
