It's becoming a sad day when you can just accuse somebody of something 30 years ago and destroy them.

Yeah, that's my problem with it. Maybe he did and maybe he didn't, but if he did, it's in the past. This is the present, so let's be much more concerned with the kind of person he is now. I realize that things happen to people sometimes, and for whatever the reason they just don't want to talk about it. But to wait 38 years, on the eve on the election, is just a little too much to be believable.

The allegations as they stand are far to convenient and well timed for me to believe in the first place. Hollywood was the beta test to see how people would react and it’s working there. Moore’s best play inmo is to give his accusers the proverbial bird and stay the course. If the establishment is successful here, this will be the norm going forward.

Be interesting to see what local Alabama journalists dig up either way.

I held my nose and voted for Trump. It paid off when he appointed Neal Garland.

Hopefully Alabama voters have the same ethis. The Senate has a slim margin and will have to approve the next appointee, hopefully replacing Justice Ginsberg and Kennedy.
