Here is mine, I will have to buy a rifle for them. About $56 from an Ebay seller in GB, made in the UK. Appreciate the information on them as the design is exactly what I think is appropriate.

Now that's a loony's loony! I have heard of people buying a rifle since they have the loading dies or a bunch of brass but never because they have the scope rings already!
On a serious note. How do they look? Good quality? weight?
I'd like a clamp on mount like this with the recoil pin in a horizontal ring. I don't like vertical rings. Any other more readily available offerings to consider?

Those I pictured are indeed the TO84, low 30MM. I'd prefer a star drive over the allen but otherwise they seem perfectly fine and utilitarian. 3.5oz on the postal scale.
The link provided by WYcoyote is the Ebay seller I got them from. Perfect transaction, 100% recommend.

Couple things going on there. One, the http:// shouldn't be in there. Two, the address you're putting between the image tags is just for the Image Gallery you created, not the individual images. Once you open your Image Gallery, you then need to click on whatever picture you want to show so it opens a new larger window of the picture. Then, right click on the large picture, copy the image location, and paste it into the insert image link.
