I managed to snag a few bottles recently but haven't done a whole lot of loading with it yet and certainly haven't gotten to the range... so has anybody had any Miracles with it?

I wouldn't say I've seen it perform miracles, but I think it's every bit as good as H4350 in the .30-06 with 180 Partitions. That's all I've done with the stuff myself.

I bought 5 pounds last summer when Powder Valley had it in stock. I used it for my 338 WM with 210 Partitions with good results.

I didn't push it much as I was only looking for acceptable accuracy to hunt elk with and wasn't too concerned about velocity. These are the velocities I got and I used the 68.5 grain charge for my hunting loads as it gave me the best group.

67.0 - 2679 ES: 23
67.5 - 2699 ES: 14
68.0 - 2720 ES: 26
68.5 - 2749 ES: 26
69.0 - 2769 ES: 27
69.5 - 2780 ES: 50

Soon I'll be playing around more with RL16, but this time with 185 grain Barnes bullets. I'm curious to see if I can get to 3100 fps. I'll also be trying it with my 270 Win. and 130 grain Accubonds, and maybe my 30/06 with 178 grain Hornady ELD-x bullets.

My Creed likes it. Great accuracy with 129 Interlocks at 2900 fps.

I am in load development with it now. Trying to find a load for the 165 NAB out of my 06. My first attempt was using a recommend load of 57.0 grs. Accuracy was around 2 inches. I know I know that was stupid and I should have just reduced and worked up my own load, which is what I'm doing now. I will agree its RL17 (4350 type of powder) in a different skin. Just need to find that magic number. Well that and the other 5 numbers that make up the Power Ball :-D.

Best load I found for 30/06 with 165gr Accubonds was Norma MRP.

RL-16 and RL-17 loads can run pretty close.

Based on that, I'm not sure which one is slower; you'd think RL-17, but it can't be by much.

RL16 and RL17 run very close if not the same. Works very well with the 110gr Barnes TTSX and the 150gr Accubonds.
Going to load some in my 30/06 after lunch.

Loaded the RL16 with the 150gr Accubonds. May loads some Hunter with 150gr Accubonds later.
Going to load some more RL16 with 165gr Accubonds. Last load shot real well. Will add .5 gr to
load.

Interesting. I was wondering how 16 compared to 17. Haven't had an opportunity to try either one.

57gr RL16 gives 2987fps with 165gr Accubond 3.260OAL R/P case CCI 250 primer 24" barrel.
No pressure. will load more. will have to compare load to 165gr load with MRP.

I wouldn't say miracles, but it is very consistent in my creedmoor under 120 gr ballistic tips, producing just over 3000 fps in my 22" barrel.

It wasn't my rifle, but my brother switched from 17 to 16 in his creedmoor, also with 120 BT, and he is getting very similar results between the two in both accuracy and velocity. Gotta compress the load a bit to get to 17 velocities though.

Haven't done any evaluation of temp sensitivity, but that was the primary motivation for us to use 16 vs 17 in the creedmoor.

My findings exactly, RL16 takes up more space than RL17 and RL23 takes up a lot more space than RL22. Except
for that I like the 2 new powders a lot. I use RL 16 in 270 win and 30/06 and RL23 in 270 Winchester.
