Look at this vid for the Canoe Man Loop Knot. Really simple and easy to tie. It doesn't look like it would hold, but it sure does! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfHU6Dr9dKM

Are you looking for a plain loop or a loop through the eye of the hook?

Plain loop, as in making a spinner, to snap a line on.

For an end loop, the Perfection is probably best. For a dropper, the Dropper Loop. Here are many more... LINK

Another vote for the perfection knot, that's what I use. I found a video on YouTube I think one time that I used to learn it. Now it's easier than tying my shoes

Depends on the lure. For tying on small jigs a 3 turn surgeons knot is an easy and good choice. For longer lures with more hooks a Rapala knot or one of the close variations works well. Lots of good videos on YouTube.

The canoe man knot is a simple bowline and a lot of these other loop knots are bowline with a bight or 2 or 3 bights. In fine mono a bowline or improved clinch is sometimes hard to tie but a bowline will hold. I use a Uni knot for attaching lines together or for a loop knot —I use it lots. Attatching a hook I sometimes use a Paloma’s but mostly a trilene knot
