Very well-written, I like her style--humble and understated. Her blog will have a big following.

Looking at the pic with the 4 at the airplane, it's amazing how much she favors her mother.

Phil,

From the evidence so far, she might eventually surpass her father in both hunting and writing!

What a great start. Looking for her next effort. I really appreciate Ron opening the door, and you Phil for giving her the back round and experience to be able to do this. Wonderful life she's had.

I was hunting with a client from the cabin referred to in her story and my client decided to end the day early due to the rotten weather. Which continued to deteriorate all night.
We always have a radio check every night and two camps, Tia's and another guide Tim, didn't call in so I figured they had killed and were having an interesting evening. Tia almost made it to the cabin and Tim and his hunter made it to another camp due to the fact that even the little creek by their camp was too dangerous to cross.

A very good read, thank you.

the only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker, is observation. all the same data is present for both. The rest, is understanding what you're seeing.

That was a great story. But now because of the "teaser" we'll have to wait to see what happened with the charging bear. When is the next one due out?
