Good work on the mile and bike race. All I could manage today was 40 minutes on the stationary bike. Getting a root canal this afternoon. Some guys will do anything to avoid exercise...... Got a good 10.5 mile ride in on Wednesday, maintained my fastest pace I've ridden in years. Did a quick 3 mile hike this morning at a good pace.

Hill climb tonight - 800 feet of elevation gain in 4.5 miles. Should be a blast.
