Did upper body, core, and a few leg machines today. Harry, you don't just demonstrate glutes like these, had to be an imposter.

Must have been a cover/tribute trainer.

He did seem to have a little too much hair. Well a lot.

Going to be gone for the week, so don’t none of you hurt yourself. Place has a crappy gym, but it’s better than nothing. Should get some foot work in, but it looks like a lot of rain.

Tell curly, hello for me.

Got in a good 4 mile hike in on Sunday, set a personal record for the steepest 1/2 mile climb on it. Tried to get a good tough hike in today afterwork but only got a mile and a half in due to lightening and hail. Had creeks running down the trails but still managed to come in 8th best all time on one of the climbs. Felt pretty good to do that and be able to run back to the truck after breaking my tib and fib in both legs (left was compound) and crushing my ankle 3 years ago. Down 30 pounds now from when I retired from the Army a little over a year ago and feeling better than I have in years!

OUCH! Glad to hear you are recovered. Parachute incident?

Jeffo - I don't know if bike shorts are the opposite of a kilt, as they both allow for a certain amount of visibility into areas that are normally... not visible.
I do know that if you are going to ride a bike much, you want bike shorts.

Yesterday was a travel day for me, got back to the house at 6:30. Mowed the lawn (old school push mower) first time since last year, another milestone. Then took the dog on a walk and let him sniff out gophers. The tail wag quotient was off the charts.

My buddy drew a ram tag for central CO, need to get back in mountain shape.

Cardio today, 40 minutes on the bike. Tried the stair machine for the first time since January, for a few minutes.

8 mile walk with 40 lbs weight vest while carrying a 10 lbs dumbell this morning and just finished my 100 burpees with sandbag clean and press. I must say I smell like horse pee I sweated so hard.
