Nice and sore from a day spent on the ocean in my wanky little boat yesterday. Got my (2) ling cod, a 10-lb Cabezon (incredible eats, imagine crab crossed with halibut) and a 17" black "sea bass", which my kid and I ate in tacos last night. Awesome.
Other than that.... fawk.... I've been a $lave. My hands and arms are hell for strong at least. I'd love to know the total poundage of all the castings I've handled multiple times in the last few weeks. It'd be way up there. Tonnage.
Keep up the good work guys. I'll be temporily done in a few days and plan on starting with some long rides and working up from there. Unfortunately it's been hot as hades here.
Got a text and a pic from Cyn a couple days ago. They are in the high Sierra... . They crossed a 12k pass yesterday according to the itinerary. That's her on the left.
Hit the gym, lower body and core today. RDLs, goblet squats, glute kick-backs, hamstring curls, quad extensions, back squats, and 3 kinds of leg lifts.
Set a personal record for a 2 mile run post accident, with a few good hills, felt pretty good this morning to do that, especially when told you won't run again! Followed up with Day 1 of the PNW 15 minute AMRAP.

Well aren't you the second coming of Richard Simmons ....
