But,.......... $66 a kilo here & you've got to hope they were flash frozen !

That looks pretty fair!
We had kind of a left over night.
Fried mashed potatoes, green beans, and a pork roast cut thin and simmered in sort of a home made BBQ sauce I just threw together in the pan.
Used up some hoagie buns I bought in town and some American cheese.
We all ate too much. I love left over nights!

+1 on Aldi for frozen jumbo sea scallops. Those are a little known commodity here and I don't spread that info around locally, except to my friends. A 12 oz. package of large scallops IN A VACUUM SEALED PACK WITH ALL WATER DRAINED OUT runs you $9.99. Yes, it's a 12 oz. package, but you're not paying for 1/2 the package to be water.
I am a big fan of Aldi, in general. Great prices and products.
Some jumbo scallops I did about a month ago.
