Gonna bloody the PRC on animals this fall? The wife has a bull elk rifle permit for the same unit I bow hunt, and she'll be using that rifle....she's been applying for that unit for 16 years, and finally drew the permit. Looking forward to the results of that one! Bullet? 139 scenars@3100fps...;) You sure those won't bounce off? (grins)

No blue jeans? What the hell?! I'm disappointed in you. I'd been wearing my Wranglers up until the day I killed the bull...they were getting pretty ripe. I did have on my lucky shirt though. My last three bow and arrow bulls have been taken while I was wearing it...;) Of course I'm superstitious, I'm a former baseball player..;)

Pat, did you call him in? No, I killed him on water. They weren't responding much to vocals. That should change in the next week or so. We've got a nice little cold front coming through right now. You should have seen the one that got away....one of the biggest bulls I've seen. I do have some through the spotter pics though...
