Here's one from a little while back.

Awwww.....poor puppy was trying to bite his leg off.

I shot a garter snake in the basement yesterday.

Funniest damn thing yesterday.

A muskrat was chasing one of our cow dogs around.

I never did put a round into it as I was too busy laughing.


Mean little devils.

I posted these pics in a story on here, but I'll add them to this thread. Once the local Mennonites start setting out snares, I might not kill any more coyotes.

Just one or both of those coyotes have mange Huntsman22?

I've seen some that had a lot of black in their coat, but not this much. I was pretty stoked to see him let alone get such a close shot.

He's got the normal thin, summer coat as you can tell by the picture date stamp, so no mount is planned. I do have it skinned and in the freezer though. I may do something with it.

This mornings deer hunt. 70yds. Seemed healthy and normal, ran over 100 yards after the shot. Had a funny smile though. He had a snare through his mouth. The cable lock kept it loose enough to survive without it cutting into his neck. Other than cutting into the sides of his mouth, which were healed, he seemed to be doing OK.

That one needed put down.

It was merciful.
