Dan Crenshaw is the type I wish they all were.

I saw him on CNN shortly after the Pete Davidson joke and he said something along the lines of 'I work hard not to offend and even harder to not be offended.' Or something close to it.

He added the caveat that he does think it's poor form in general to mock a veteran's war injuries.

He's a class act. Glad he won.

It was posted here a couple of days ago but was worth seeing again.

I guess it was a good gesture. But I wouldn't have wasted my time on those Commie bastards on SNL. It's a waste of a program with a waste of a cast,...and he's wasting him time associating with them.

His point was Dan Crenshaw is from Texas and has the temerity and class to fend off the vicious attack on him by the slimey s.n.l. political hack - and to do so with amazing CLASS!
Further I think DeFlave's comment/post alludes to the fact that many (most?) Texas men would have beatthefuck out of said s.n.l. cretin as opposed to taking the "high road" (with "thick skin") like Representative Dan Crenshaw did!
The people of Texas District #2 should be VERY proud of Representative elect Crenshaw.
I know I am and I don't even live in Texas.
And this, Birdwatcher, try not to interrupt or interfere with DeFlave when he is having a lucid moment/thought.

Maybe the s.n.l. cretin learned something from his recent deplorable behavior?

I was just waking up this morning and turned the T.V. on and there was a story out of Havre, Montana where a young woman "kicked" another young woman out of her pickup last night(?) and of course the kicked out woman froze to death!
Charges are being filed.
The frozen woman only had short pants on and low cut shoes - that would have been a tough way to go.
I hope the involved persons were not friends of yours - bad situation.

I suppose something good comes of this, but I have a hard time taking anyone serious that would appear on SNL...
