Have to admit I grew up and love blacktail venison and beef - but - you are a good and honest man. Pork is more versatile, and when grass fed is delicious. Taste and protein content when grass fed is fantastic. Not that I have ate it that much, but goat meat (grass fed) is the most common meat in the world and for good reason. It is very similar to high quality venison and can be grown/raised just about anywhere (a similar quality for pork I might add.) PS: A hearty thank you for raising beef in this country at this time.
