I don’t think 4 sets of 10 count.  But I guess everybody has to start somewhere. I tore up my shoulder last Feb and the Doc said no pushups. It was 6 months before I got most of my range of motion back. I’ve just been lazy since. Schits gettin’ flabby on that side! Lol! I’m gonna see how many I can do here in a bit.

We're good, here! Which arm? +1 110 in a minute last year, at 63 years old. Not too shabby for a fat old powerlifter. Yeah midget's with short arms usually do pretty well at pushups.  PT test you guys would crush the Pushups, but come speed marching time us taller lankier dudes would be in the the front.

I did 60 chest to the floor-full extension push ups in 60 seconds 2 1/2 years ago the night before my shoulder replacement surgery. That was 3 surgeries ago. I can't do one right now. Still working the hell out of PT. I keep my cardiovascular fitness through bicycling.
