Simple question, because I really don't know much about bipods. What would be a good choice for Longer range hunting as well as shooting. In my head i picture something where the legs go out in front towards the barrel being better than straight up and down. Is there anything like that? Haven’t used all of them but have used Harris and Atlas. The Harris works but I much prefer the Atlas. John

I had one and returned it. It felt really light duty. The center pivot is a 10-32 machine screw with lots of leverage on it. My other gripe has to do with the picatinny mount being sloppy. It’s surely light weight though. With its hefty price tag, I wasn’t compelled to keep it.
