Wifey Poo ventured into the hills of West Virginia for a week bringing a copy of her hometown paper containing this recipe. Words fail to describe so I'l just post a link. We used cod. Enjoy gentlemen. https://www.theherald-news.com/2019...ns-help-boost-white-fishs-taste/a1ligqh/

Love me some peperonata and eggs with crusty bread.
Great looking recipe.

Made this for my wife tonite, sort of an early Mothers Day dinner. Holy crap!!! Now the pressure is on, because I have to try and out do myself tomorrow. Since I can never seem to leave well enough alone, I used 1 red pepper and one yellow one for color, a couple extra cloves of garlic, and smoked paprika. This one is definitely going in the "You can make that again!" file.
PS- No fancy DOs were used in this recipe. Actually nothing fancy was used, but it damn sure tastes fancy....

Thick & crunchy ? Currently running a basic 1 part flour 2 parts corn meal mixed with what ever seasonings that are closest to the stove. Run to the store tomorrow for another box of cod

DELICIOUS ! kommie kookware Is that why the damn thing was full of rice when I got it? Someone left their damn lunch in it! Just so’s I know, is the Frenchie cookware more acceptable or do we just not use enameled out of patriotic duty? 😜 I don’t think I want to pay for 1920’s Griswold or Vollrath to have decent American enameled cookware.. but if I find one that isn’t roached out and under $500 I’ll definitely consider it .

Heaven forbid that 24HCF "standards" not be heeded and ya be left out in the rain to ponder your misdeeds. Lodge werks for me and no cancerous lesions on my Adonis-like bod to date. Definitely an equipment pecking order here. Nothing wrong will good tools but I remember the $400 paring knife everybody was going gaga about.
