Now the pressure is on, because I have to try and out do myself tomorrow. Since I can never seem to leave well enough alone, I used 1 red pepper and one yellow one for color, a couple extra cloves of garlic, and smoked paprika. This one is definitely going in the "You can make that again!" file. PS- No fancy DOs were used in this recipe. Actually nothing fancy was used, but it damn sure tastes fancy.... Hmmmmm, and I was going to ask for your super secret fish batter recipe. Thick & crunchy ? Currently running a basic 1 part flour 2 parts corn meal mixed with what ever seasonings that are closest to the stove. Run to the store tomorrow for another box of cod

Just so’s I know, is the Frenchie cookware more acceptable or do we just not use enameled out of patriotic duty? 😜 I don’t think I want to pay for 1920’s Griswold or Vollrath to have decent American enameled cookware.. but if I find one that isn’t roached out and under $500 I’ll definitely consider it .
