I guess since we closed the gates here in Wyoming all the Californians are now headed to Montana. It's a wonderful place, much nicer than Wyoming, I'm sure they'll be happy there.

What exactly does that mean? Land prices? The cost of things and the number of people moving there..McCall Idaho is similar with way less people..That's why they were scoping out McCall.
